About Queen of Hearts NY
Queen of Hearts NY is operated by the Punishers Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club – Havana Chapter, based out of Rochester, New York.
The Havana Chapter is a fraternal organization of active and retired law enforcement officers, first responders, and civilian supporters who volunteer their time to support children, families, and communities in need across New York State. The Chapter is recognized as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and this raffle is conducted under that nonprofit umbrella.
The Queen of Hearts raffle gives supporters a fun, transparent way to help fund charitable work. Every ticket sold helps the Chapter raise money for missions such as supporting injured officers and first responders, assisting families facing unexpected hardship, and backing local youth and community programs throughout New York.
All raffles are conducted in compliance with New York State law and applicable regulations issued by the New York State Gaming Commission. The Chapter follows strict internal procedures for ticket sales, drawings, and recordkeeping to ensure fairness, accountability, and proper stewardship of every dollar raised.
Where the money goes
Net proceeds from Queen of Hearts NY are used to support charitable ventures across New York State. Depending on need and timing, raffle proceeds may be directed to:
- Emergency assistance for officers, first responders, and their families;
- Local youth programs, school and sports initiatives, and mentoring efforts;
- Community-based charities that serve vulnerable or underserved populations;
- Other qualified 501(c)(3) organizations approved by the Havana Chapter.
The Chapter’s goal is simple: turn every drawing into real-world impact. As the raffle grows, so does the Chapter’s ability to say “yes” when a person, family, or community group reaches out for help.
